Brand Manager

 

Titan is seeking a dynamic, innovative and results-driven Amazon Brand Manager who will be responsible for the daily operations and growth of a select group of company owned Amazon Brands.


This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Brand Managers with previous Amazon Seller Central experience (essential) with a key focus on owning several key accounts while overseeing a team remotely. This position will require taking the lead initiative in every aspect of brand growth while utilising the company's teams of world class experts.


This role will have a direct and visible impact on the long-term success of the business and therefore requires a candidate who is highly organised, assisting multiple brands at any one time, with a proven track record of success working in a dynamic role and achieving and exceeding output goals.


This position requires creative problem solving and quick thinking. You must be able to delegate tasks to your team but also willing to roll your sleeves up and dive into the work yourself.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all account operations daily, checking in with each department for daily reports

  • Managing and providing guidance to a small operations team

  • Coordinate with the respective departments such as Content, Inventory, Product Development and External marketing on growth drive plans of action.

  • Review Sellerboard sales and PPC spend on an ASIN level daily looking for indicators of change

  • Review Daily Sales statistics for conversions and rankings change and then create actionable plans for yourself or the team based on the data you found

  • Check account performance against projections then prepare and execute corrective or proactive actions

  • Make optimization adjustments to listings on the front end and back end

  • Coordinate with the PPC managers on weekly strategies on managing TACOS and Sales velocity

  • Auditing new accounts

  • Leading the launch of new products

  • Assist in onboarding new accounts

  • Stay up to date with all the most cutting-edge technologies and methods

  • Meet via Zoom with clients/management team bi-weekly to discuss previous weeks and future plans

  • Develop a growth strategy in collaboration with the Brand Director and reverse engineer the tasks that will need executing to achieve this growth

  • Managing P&L

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • At least two years Amazon Seller Central experience

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with senior leaders

  • Prior experience in managing a small team, delegating tasks appropriately

  • Extensive knowledge in keyword research and analysis

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Highly organized with very high attention to detail

  • Willing to take on new challenges and carry out new/unfamiliar tasks

  • Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout and other industry tools

  • Knowledge of Asana or any other project management tool

  • Strong understanding of PPC strategies and structures
